Cancellation Requests

All cancellation requests must be submitted by email to contact@truddle.com.

Eligibility for Cancellation

Orders for digital products may be cancelled only if the license key or download access has not yet been delivered.

Once a digital product has been delivered to the email address provided at checkout, the order cannot be cancelled due to the nature of digital license distribution.

Cancellation Timeframe

Cancellation requests must be submitted within 15 minutes of purchase and before the licence key or download link has been delivered to your email. After delivery has been confirmed, orders cannot be cancelled. Please contact contact@truddle.com immediately if you need to cancel.

Refunds for Approved Cancellations

If a cancellation request is approved (prior to delivery), a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Approved refunds are issued within 5 business days of approval.

After the refund is issued, the time required for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider and typically takes 3–7 business days.

Customers are encouraged to carefully review product details, compatibility information, and system requirements before completing their purchase.

EU Right of Withdrawal: In accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, EU customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, by accepting delivery of a digital licence key, you expressly waive this right as the digital content has been made available in full. This waiver is consistent with Article 16(m) of the Directive.
