Digital Delivery
Orders are processed automatically after successful payment. Digital license keys or download instructions are sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Each delivery email contains:
- Your unique license key
- The software download link
- Step-by-step activation instructions
If a delivery issue occurs, customers may contact our support team for assistance.
Delivery Timeframe
Orders are processed immediately upon successful payment confirmation. There is no handling delay; delivery is fully automated.
If you do not receive your product within this timeframe, please check your Spam or Promotions folder. If it is still missing, contact our support team at contact@truddle.com for prompt assistance.
Download Issues
If you experience any of the following issues:
- The download link has expired
- The file is corrupted or inaccessible
Please reach out to us at contact@truddle.com, and we’ll provide a quick resolution.
Remote Delivery Support
Activation assistance is optional and provided only upon explicit customer request. Remote sessions are never initiated without prior written consent from the customer.
Order Cancellation
If your product is not delivered within the expected timeframe due to a technical issue on our end, or if you wish to cancel your order before delivery, you may be eligible for a cancellation.

Refunds
If you receive a digital product that is corrupted, inaccessible, or does not function as described, you may qualify for a refund.
